What clients can expect from me:

A professional environment and attitude will be maintained at all times.
You will understand and know that you are unique and the focus is on you not generalized information.
I will keep accurate records and review each clients file before his/her session.
I will do my best to provide a comfortable, relaxing environment that suits each clients needs.
I will always respect the client's privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
If I need to cancel an appointment, I will notify the client within 24 hours whenever possible. If I cannot keep an appointment due to an emergency, the client will receive an additional session at no charge.
In between appointments I will do my best to answer questions within a timely reasonable amount of time. Questions need to be limited to once a day. If you find you have multiple questions please email transform@renedealwellness.com. In consideration of our families; if questions are text/emailed after 6:00 pm EST they will be answered the following business day.

My requirements for clients:

A professional attitude must be maintained at all times.
A willingness to learn and get any/all homework done before the following appointment (if assigned).
Please be on time or a few minutes early. If the client arrives late, the session will still end at the appointed time and will remain at full price.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give 24 hours notice or you will be charged/billed for the appointment. Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioner's discretion.
Please do not come to your session under the influence of alcohol, illegal or prescriptive drugs that do not allow for clear focus.
Payment by personal Credit Card, Venmo or Paypal is expected either when the appointment is booked or at the time of service. Check are not accepted.
Payment for any packages under $395 must be paid in full. Any packages over $395 we will work out a recurring payment plan that you will need to sign off on.
